PARTY FM respects the privacy of its listeners. The app and website do not require a user account, name, phone number or email address in order to listen to the radio.

PARTY FM does not require registration. To operate the internet radio, the app and website connect to streaming servers, PARTY FM APIs, artwork services and, when enabled, notification services. During normal internet communication these services may technically receive an IP address, device/network information, request time and other standard technical connection data.
When you listen to PARTY FM, your device connects to our streaming infrastructure. Technical information necessary to establish and maintain the connection may be processed by the streaming provider for delivery, reliability, security and diagnostics.
Current and recently played track information comes from PARTY FM. When needed, the app may request artwork from external music information services. PARTY FM does not use these requests to build user profiles.
Favorite tracks, stream quality, language, Sleep Timer and similar preferences may be stored locally on the device. They do not require a PARTY FM account and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
The app may offer optional notifications, including reminders related to HIT PARTY LIVE. They can be disabled at any time in device settings. Notification services may process a technical identifier required to deliver notifications.
PARTY FM uses only permissions needed for internet connectivity, audio playback and notifications allowed by the user. Normal listening does not require access to contacts, photos, SMS messages or precise location.
We do not sell personal information. Limited technical information may be processed by service providers where necessary for streaming, infrastructure, artwork, app distribution or notifications, and where disclosure is required by law.
Local preferences remain on the device until removed. Technical server logs, where generated, may be retained for limited periods for security, operation and diagnostics according to the relevant provider’s practices. Secure connections are used where supported.
PARTY FM is a general-audience online radio service and is not specifically directed at children. We do not ask children to provide personal information through the app.
